You will receive your answer in two parts:

1) Summary
2) Full Answer

Once you receive the summary answer from our online solicitor you can decide whether to accept the full answer. Providing you have not accepted the full answer you can request a full refund at any time.

Further advice and information

Once you have accepted your full answer you can ask for further advice and clarification.

You will receive email notification once your question has been answered, you can log in to your account to view the answer.

There is no registration required. The system will create login details for you and they will be emailed (to the email address you use with PayPal) after you have asked your first question (we urge you to check your junk and deleted folders also).

One of our online solicitors will answer your question personally but can only answer based on the facts you give. Please remember to include as much information as possible in the question box and tell the Expert how you have already tried to solve your problem.
