How it all works...
Getting an answer to your question on Expert Answers couldn't be easier.
Simply type your question in the question box and press the "ask the expert..." button.
The site will guide you quickly and easily through the process.
You decide how much the answer is worth to you and you make a payment.
The payment is held by Expert Answers until you get an answer to your question once the expert has answered your question then a pro-rata payment is made to the expert. Expert Answers will advise you when you have an answer and prompt you to authorise payment to the Expert.
You have control of your payment. Expert Answers will not pay an Expert unless you tell us to.
One of our qualified Experts will answer your question personally but can only work based on the facts you give. Please remember to put down as much information as you already have in the question box and tell the Expert what you have already tried to solve your problem.
If you require a particularly urgent answer, say so, and please remember that questioners who put a higher value on questions generally get quicker and longer answers.
Expert Answers is not a forum, it is a private question and answer website. You get an expert answer from an expert, not opinion from someone who thinks he (or she) knows what he is talking about (but doesn't). You now don't have to trawl the internet looking for information that looks like it answers your question, all answers on Expert Answers are individual and bespoke.
We aim to keep questions (which may be of a personal nature) only visible to suitably qualified Experts. Your identity is not disclosed to anyone who visits the site, and is not even disclosed to Experts.
