If you become an Expert Answer Affiliate, you will earn money simply from referring Experts to Expert Answers without doing anything else.

You will earn 10% (yes 10%) of whatever your referred Expert earns, every single month, month after month after month after month.  It's money for nothing. It does not in any way affect what they earn. The Expert still earns the full 50% of the questioner's fee.

So if you know an Expert in any field, get them to register as an Expert with Expert Answers, TODAY but make sure that you are registered too AND that they put your username in the "Who referred you?" referral box on the registration page.

To make doubly sure, in case they forget to put your name in the referrer box, drop us an email with your details and their details.

If there isn't a category for their particular specialism, tell us and we will make one!

The removal of your name from the deeds of your house would be dealt with by way of what is called a "transfer of equity" into the names or sole name of whoever else co-owns the house with you.

If you can demonstrate in excess of 25 years unchallenged access, as you state, the trust will have difficulty in challenging you. Effectively you would have acquired a right of access by prescription, ie. your use has not been challenged throughout the 25 plus years.

Annulments of marriage are very rare.
